Wuhan University version of ChatGPT model CheeseChat comes out: providing daily consultation and academic help

According to reports, the model is called CheeseChat. It is based on the Cheese (“cheese”, homophonic “knowledge”) pre-trained language large model of the team of Mr. Li Chenliang from the Data Intelligence Laboratory of the National Network Security Academy. It is based on the Chinese Alpaca-7B basic model. Token prediction training was carried out on a total of 80G text data, including Baidu Encyclopedia, Wuhan University related corpus information and social media corpus.

CheeseChat is currently recruiting for the internal test, which is limited to applications from teachers and students of Wuhan University. The total recruitment quota is 1,000, and the internal test account is limited to 100 questions per day. In order to celebrate the 130th anniversary of Wuhan University, the first batch of internal testing quota is 130, and the second batch of 870 users will be generated in a week. The internal test application channel will open at 14:00 noon on May 25, 2023, and end at 12:00 noon on May 28, 2023. Closed test users will be generated through lottery.
