With summer fast approaching, more and more sneakers have begun to surface with vibrant color palettes. Handfuls of pairs have also unveiled brands’ plans for the fall and beyond.

Ahead of its May 20th drop, the Spider-Man x Air Jordan 1 “Next Chapter” launched via the Nike SNKRS app. The Miles Morales-inspired wasn’t the only Air Jordan release of the past week, with new styles also being confirmed for the end of summer and beginning of autumn.

Away from Team Jumpman, Nike dominated social media feeds and headlines with the help of its Jarritos SB Dunk collaboration. The pair releases through the Nike SNKRS app on May 10th, but sees a widespread launch at select skate shops tomorrow, May 6th. Additionally, the Air Max family continues to treat old and new fans alike. Handfuls of new color schemes of some of the most popular visible Air-cushioned models surfaced over the last seven days, with rumors of upcoming releases also joining the mix. Drake and his NOCTA imprint is expected to unearth the Air Zoom Drive for the first time since 1999. The Swoosh hopes to have solved the botting issue plaguing its SNKRS app by then. In a private event for media, the company shared that it receives nearly 12 million bot entries per month, and that it’s successful in detecting and handling 98% of these entries during high-heat releases.
