Acer releases Connect Vero W6m router: tri-band 7.8 Gbps, shell made of recycled materials

IT House news on May 25th, Acer today released the Connect Vero W6m mesh router, its first Wi-Fi 6E environmental protection router, the shell is made of post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic, and has a high energy-efficiency energy saving mode .

Acer Connect Vero W6m is the first environmentally friendly router launched by Acer. It supports Wi-Fi 6E and meets the safety standards set by the European Commission’s Radio Equipment Directive. It can cover AXE7800 Wi-Fi 6E tri-band (2.4 GHz/5 GHz/6 GHz [1,2]) traffic, achieving speeds of up to 7.8 Gbps.

In terms of configuration, Acer Connect Vero W6m is equipped with MediaTek quad-core 2 GHz A53 processor, equipped with 1 GB LPDDR RAM and 4 GB flash memory.

Acer Connect Vero W6m has a simple and exquisite design, made of 30% post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic, with pebble lime paint, can be easily integrated into any office or home environment design; Sleep time management, effectively adjust the frequency of data traffic, to optimize the power consumption of routers and other connected devices.

At present, Acer has not yet announced the price and release date of this router.
